We recommend comfortable yoga or gym clothing that you can move freely in. You will need socks for hygiene must be worn when on equipment and when wearing shorts we suggest wearing bike shorts underneath.

Beginner: Beginner Reformer class is designed for individuals new to Pilates using a Reformer machine. In these classes, you’ll learn fundamental exercises emphasizing core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. The instructor guides you through introductory movements, making it an accessible and supportive environment for those starting their Pilates journey.
Reformer Flow: Reformer Flow Is a slightly more advanced beginner refers to a sequence of Pilates exercises This flow combines beginner-level movements with a touch of added stretch and slightly more advanced exercises, creating a seamless routine that helps build on the foundational skills acquired in beginner classes while introducing a bit more challenge and flexibility work.
Align Reformer: Is medium-intensity Reformer Pilates class is designed to challenge your strength, flexibility, and balance without overwhelming beginners or those with moderate fitness levels.
